The Journey
With over 35 years in education, mentorship, and program development, my path began as a curious child fascinated by words and stories.

From teaching classrooms in DC and Maryland to being honored as a Fulbright Teacher Scholar demonstrating my pedagogy in Japan, my career has been shaped by a deep commitment to helping others grow and succeed.

The Turning Point
In 2012, I expanded my focus to mental health, embracing new ways to support individuals beyond traditional education. This shift strengthened my belief that personalized care and connection are key to transformation.

My Passion
Today, every service I provide through Touchstone is fueled by this belief. I’m passionate about walking alongside you, not just as a coach or consultant, but as a partner in your journey.
